How we estimate this
These are conservative estimates. We take each payer’s published rate file, look at what clinicians with your license are actually paid in your state, and show you the low end rather than a best case. Mental health figures cover master’s-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT); physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists see their own eval and treatment codes on their own calculator page, with license-adjusted figures in the emailed report. States with too little data show the payer’s national figure. Your contract sets your final rate, and no one can guarantee a panel accepts you. What we can do is handle the getting-in-network part, from $99 one-time.
