How we estimate this
These are conservative estimates. We take each payer’s published rate file, look at what clinicians with your license are actually paid in your state, and show you the low end rather than a best case. Timed treatment codes are shown per 15-minute unit and evaluations per visit, the way payers actually price them; your emailed report adjusts the figures to your exact license. States with too little data show the payer’s national figure. Your contract sets your final rate, and no one can guarantee a panel accepts you. What we can do is handle the getting-in-network part, from $99 one-time.
