Our AI then cross-checks every detail against each payer's current requirements, catching the mismatches that quietly sink applications, like a license name that differs from your NPI record or a stale CAQH attestation. Our credentialing team files with every payer you chose, all in parallel, then chases every follow-up until each panel reaches a decision. You watch it all from your dashboard, and when a payer approves you, the contract is in your own name, on your own NPI. That first intake is the last form you fill out.

What do I need before I start?

Three things: an active license, an NPI (free to register, and we'll walk you through it if you don't have one), and a CAQH profile, which we can build or finish for you for $50. That's it. Everything else, like documents, IDs, and signatures, we collect after checkout and handle from there.

Yes. A practice manager, biller, or credentialing coordinator can complete the intake and manage the application on your behalf, and you can both work in the portal together. The first question in the intake simply asks who is being credentialed.

What happens after I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Your portal opens immediately and we get to work, no calls or onboarding meetings. You add the remaining details at your own pace: documents like your license, diplomas, and malpractice insurance come later, with guidance, so you don't need anything in hand up front. If you already have a CAQH profile we review it before filing, or add CAQH setup for $50 and we build it for you. From there we file, chase every follow-up, and only reach out if a payer needs something that has to come from you.

How long does credentialing take?

Most panels decide in 60 to 120 days. That's the payer's clock, and nobody honest can shorten it. What we control is everything around it: we file within days of a complete intake, chase every follow-up, and track status live so your application never sits in a pile. And the filing itself is guaranteed: filed within 30 days of a complete intake, or refunded.

Once I'm credentialed, how hard is it to bill insurance?

Much easier than getting credentialed was. EHRs built for therapists, like SimplePractice and TherapyNotes, create claims from your calendar, submit them electronically, track their status, and post payments automatically. Most solo practices run their own billing in about half an hour a week, no billing service needed.

How much does it cost?

A flat $99 per commercial payer, one time, or $300 covers any four networks. Medicare is $149. No subscription and no per-claim fees.

Which insurance networks do you support?

Accepted Answer

The four largest behavioral-health networks: Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and your state's Blue Cross Blue Shield plan (Anthem, Horizon BCBS, Florida Blue…), plus the regional plans that matter in your state, and Medicare everywhere. You'll see your state's full list when you pick your payers.

Do you handle Medicare?

Yes, in every state, for a one-time $149. Medicare requirements are different than commercial payers. We will help you understand if you meet those requirements before submitting your application, and will refund your fee if you don't meet them. Medicare is priced on its own and doesn't count toward the $300 four-network bundle.

What if I'm already credentialed with some payers?

Tell us during intake and we'll focus only on the panels you still need. You won't pay for work that's already done.

Do I need a CAQH profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes: CAQH is the shared database every payer checks first, and a stalled profile blocks every application. If yours is missing or half-done, add CAQH setup for $50 and we'll create it, complete it, and attest it so your applications can actually start.

What happens if a payer declines or needs more information?

Accepted Answer

Most payer requests are routine: a clearer copy of a document, a date confirmed, a form re-signed. We handle those responses directly and only loop you in when something needs your sign-off. Panel acceptance is always the payer's decision, but you're covered either way: if we're not able to get you credentialed with a payer, we refund you for that payer.

What if a panel is closed to new providers?

You never pay for a panel you can't join: take a full refund for that payer, or have us prepare an appeal when the payer allows one and resubmit the moment the panel reopens. Closed panels do reopen, and starting sooner means your application is ready the day one does.

Is my information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your information is used only to complete your credentialing. Sensitive details like your SSN are stored encrypted, and sign-in is passwordless, so there is no password to leak.
